UNIQDATA Solutions Limited was founded in 2025 in Dar es Salaam by Advera Archard Barongo, a computer engineering and information technology professional who saw a clear gap in the Tanzanian market: businesses and government institutions needed a reliable, responsive, and locally-grounded technology partner — not just a reseller.
From day one, UNIQDATA was built around three pillars: quality products from internationally recognised manufacturers, deep understanding of Tanzania's government procurement environment, and a commitment to providing honest, transparent service backed by proper legal documentation through Zoho Books.
Today, UNIQDATA is actively expanding its portfolio to include cutting-edge smart classroom technology, AV collaboration systems, and digital signage solutions — positioning itself as the go-to technology partner for Tanzania's next decade of digital growth.
Our BRELA registered number is 190133273, issued in October 2025. UNIQDATA is fully compliant with Tanzania's Companies Act Cap. 212, and all financial transactions are documented through our Zoho Books accounting system.

Company Milestones
October 2025 — Company Founded
UNIQDATA Solutions Limited incorporated and registered with BRELA (No. 190133273). Zoho Books set up for all financial operations.
Late 2025 — First ICT Supply Contracts
Initial laptop and ICT hardware supply contracts completed. ETCL (EastTech Company Limited) established as a supply chain partner for Nordic Computers procurement.
Early 2026 — Smart Solutions Division
UNIQDATA begins market research for Smart Classroom and AV solutions. TREND / Stepwell Smart Solutions identified as primary product partner for IFP and digital signage.
2026 — Digital Platform Launch
Launch of corporate website, e-commerce store, and CRM system. First IFP demonstration unit installed in Dar es Salaam showroom.
2026 Target — Vendor Authorisations
Securing formal authorised reseller status with TREND and Tier 1 distribution partners (Nordic, Redington Africa). First government Smart Classroom tender submission.
